Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our
control, the final delivery is
out of our hands. We are unable to replace missing or stolen

RETURNS

Hickory & King Candle Co. wants to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.  We do not do exchanges at this time.

Trim the wick 1/4 inch before lighting every time. Keep burning candle away from things that can catch fire. Keep away from pets and children. Only burn your candle up to 4 hours at a time. Never leave candle unattended. To prevent tunneling, let the candle burn around the entire surface before putting out.
